Over fifteen years ago, I started facilitating client and team meetings while working for design firms, advertising agencies and technology companies.
I’ve since conducted hundreds of meetings, workshops and consultations for local government, community organizations and for-profit companies. With my skills in research and writing, I have a strong reputation for capturing and communicating important insights in simple language.
I am a graduate of the Conflict Resolution Certificate Program at Mount Royal University and was recognized by the International Association of Facilitators (IAF) as a Certified Professional Facilitator in 2009. I also earned the Certificate in Public Participation from the International Association for Public Participation (IAP2) in 2012. My facilitation techniques draw from the Technology of ParticipationTM, Open Space Technology, and interest-based conflict resolution.
I am also a member of the International Association of Facilitators (IAF).
